Sechelle Ltd produce a range of industrial cleaning fluids and the successful growth of the brand meant they needed another labelling machine to cope.  They approached Grahams of Brightlingsea, Essex, as they already had a Grahams label applicator that had been operating effortlessly for many years.

The production line is unusual in that they have a forming machine to make the containers, which are cleaned and loaded onto the infeed of a Graham Commander Front & Back 200/25 labeller.  So now they make the bottle, label it, fill it and distribute it to their many customers.

Sechelle Director Stephen Taylor says, "After purchasing a similar machine from Grahams in 1999 that has shown exceptional reliability we were confident in Grahams quality.  We looked at purchasing from the Asian market but found the quality inferior and the price differential to be negligible.  Based on quality, reliability, cost and the service that we have received in the past, we are very pleased to have purchased another Graham Labelling Machine".

The Graham Commander range is extremely versatile with variable speeds and low cost change parts.  They can apply Front only or Front & Back labels to virtually any shape of container in either plastic or glass.  The Commander series is a compact range of label applicators that are complete with a food quality, flat belt conveyor.  Available as a single or twin head machine, they may be fitted with an optional thermal overprinter or hot foil coder.  The Commander is simple to operate and is available in three label widths and two web speeds.  It is easily installed within an existing line or moved around the production floor.  Products are labelled using either a fixed or swinging beak.
