Hand wheels sited outside the guards for safety and ease of access allow the hot air delivery manifolds to be adjusted to ensure they are in the optimum shrinking position for varying heights and diameters of products. Heat is provided by hot air guns that have variable settings and the system has safety overload cut-outs built in.

With its modular design the double hot air tunnel can be sited as an individual unit or for higher speeds a number of units can be positioned in line after the material application to achieve an adequate time/temperature gradient for the desired shrinking result.

Available as part of a complete system with integral conveyor the Graham range of heat tunnels are also available as individual units to operate over a customer’s suitable existing conveyor.
