RF150 / RF250
The RF150 and RF250 are compact easy to operate and maintain, variable speed tamper banding and full body sleeving machines able to cut and apply different lengths of shrinkable material to containers at the same speed as the container travels along the conveyor so providing the best possible material to container placement.

Oval, round and square containers can be handled at speeds up to 150 or 250 per minute dependant upon the length of the material to be applied. Grahams machines can apply pvc, pet or ops material 40 to 70 microns thick to multi shaped containers that are either empty or filled and made of plastic, glass or metal.

A HMI “Human Machine Interface” colour graphic control panel allows operators to store details of machine settings for up to 50 different container and sleeve material combinations for immediate retrieval and provides access to up to 31 machine functions.

All Graham machines are able to operate over a suitable existing conveyor system or can be supplied with a conveyor. Numerous accessories are available including reel change over systems for continuous production, product spacing and positioning units, detect/eject system for incorrectly sleeved product, sleeve positioning systems, various heat shrink tunnels and conveyor systems.

As with all Graham RF machines, change part costs are minimal and can be changed in minutes without tools.
