There are two ranges of sleeve applicators available from Grahams. The RF range and the VF range.

RF Sleeve Applicators

The RF range of sleeving machines, using our famous rotary method of sleeve delivery, will handle film widths from 30 to over 300mm. With superb flexibility, the RF shrink sleever will form and apply sleeves to round, square and rectangular products. In fact, its probably the best machine you could have for handling almost any non-round product, whilst ensuring your artwork remains correctly orientated on your product. Ovals, polygons and even products with projecting features like hinges and hooks can be successfully sleeved on an RF machine.

With low cost change parts, rapid change-over times and solid reliability in every respect, this machine is perfectly suited for any application up to 250 shots per minute. You can expect stalwart service in the most arduous conditions and still it will outlive your investment expectations by a long way.

VF Sleeve Applicators

Our VF range of high speed sleeve applicators are designed around the ‘bullet’ or mandrel style of sleeve delivery system. With its fully adjustable cutter (and we do mean fully adjustable), the only change part is the mandrel itself. With easy change, throw-away blades, fast product change-overs are facilitated by recalling settings from memory via the full colour HMI.

Complimented by a full range of material feed options, this machine is the absolute epitome of high speed sleeving.
