Accumulator

Suitable for high speed lines that require non stop production where no container accumulation has been built in.

Combined with a twin stand alone 600mm full material spool with splice table the accumulator can give the operator time to splice on a new reel of layflat material whilst the material in the accumulator is feed into the machine.

Once the material reel has been spliced on and running the accumulator will automatically fill up again.

Material accumulators are available to store either 50 or 100 meters of material.
