Spool

Our motorised material Full Spool units are designed to be used with our high speed VF machines to gently feed the sleeve material to the cutting head.

There are three full options available, a single spool fitted to the machine, a stand alone single spool and a horizontal or vertical stand alone twin spool with a splice table.

All options are supplied with 600mm out side diameter spools with a 127mm inside cores as standard with other core sizes available.

The spool units incorporate a small air box material reservoir to create minimal tension on the material as it is fed into the VF machine and are fitted with a low spool alarm to indicate that the reel is almost empty and a web out alarm which when triggered stops the sleeve applicator.
